New Employee To-Do List

Are you feeling lost trying to add a new employee to your growing business? We created a to-do list to ensure that all aspects get set up correctly.

  • Add your new employee's information. Do this by going to More> Employees> +. Add all relevant information on this screen. 
  • If you would like this employee to have their own login information you will need to add an email address to their employee profile. Once you add their email address they will receive an email with their username and password. Please ensure that your employee checks their spam folder for the email if it does not show up in their regular inbox. (Please note: the username and password are case sensitive)
  • Be sure to select the correct facility under "Facility Access" so that your employee will show up under the right facility. You can select more than one facility if your employee will be working at multiple locations.
  • Once you select "Done" tap on the employee and select "Schedule" to set up this specific employee's schedule. 
  • Select "Add Schedule" to add the specific days and hours this employee will be working. For more information about employee schedules, click here.
  • If you utilize BULK scheduling or online BOOKING you will also need to set up slot availability for this employee. To do this, simply tap on the employee's existing schedule and select "Slots". For more information about slots click here.
  • If your company is set up with online BOOKING you will need to ensure that your employee will be visible online with the services you would like them to be able to perform. To do this, go to More> Pages> Online Scheduling> Manage Services and Groomers. From here you will select the red "i" to the right of each service that this employee will be available to book online. Select the new employee's name from the list of employees.
