How to Delete Square Terminal Locations

If you accidentally added a duplicate square terminal location or need to remove an old one, follow the steps below!

Removing a Square Terminal location can not be done within Groomer.io, you will need to complete the following steps by signing in via Square.com


Once you are logged in to your square account select Account & Settings> Business Information> Devices> Tap the "•••"> Deactivate Device.


Be sure to only deactivate the devices that you no longer plan on sending payments to via Groomer.io.

If you simply need to log out of your Square Terminal to no longer use it with Groomer.io, swipe from left to right to bring up the menu> Tap “logout”.

If you accidentally disconnect the wrong device, click HERE to refresh your memory on connecting a terminal.
