Scheduling an existing customer from the home screen using BLOCK scheduling (iOS/Apple Only)

Learn how to schedule existing customers from the home screen using our block scheduling style.

For Web/Android/Version3 for iOS/Apple Pop out the side Menu, Pet Parents, Search the Pet Parent, Book Now.
- Search for your customer by name or phone number and tap on them

- Select the waffle grid from the top right-hand corner and select "Pets"

- Tap "Schedule" to select which pet(s) you will be scheduling and select "Go"

- Select "Add Service" to pick the service(s) for the appointment and tap "Add 1 Service" to save these services and select "Next"add service

 

- Tap on the day you would like to schedule this pet(s)

- Tap the spot on the calendar under your desired groomer for the time you would like to schedule this appointmentselect time

 

- Tap on the green check mark in the bottom right-hand cornergreen check

 

- Confirm all appointment details look correct and select "Confirm"

- Tap "Send" to send the schedule confirmation text message to the customer
