Request Reviews is a paid feature that Groomer.io offers for $9.99 per month. These reviews can be pushed to Google, Facebook, and/or Yelp.
When enabled, this feature allows you to send texts or emails to your clients after they check out prompting them to review their experience. Customers will be able to give star ratings to each pet. Those who give a rating of 4 or 5 will be immediately directed to leave a review on one of the review platforms that you provide and leave a comment and/or photo regarding their recent visit. Those who give ratings less than four stars will not be asked to share on your review platforms but will be sent back to you so you can take necessary action. This is Groomer.io's way of protecting you since once a negative review is posted, it can not be removed.
Here's How To Enable Reviews
To enable reviews click HERE and log in with the same credentials you use to log into the app. Select Manage Facilities > Select Facility > Reviews.
From here you will select which platform (Yelp, Google, or Facebook) to which you would like to link your reviews. Simply tap the icon for which platform you would like to connect. For Yelp or Facebook, enter the direct URL.
If you are linking Google Reviews, you will need to follow the steps below:
- CLICK HERE to find your location ID.
- On the map, search for your business name.
- Paste the ID into Groomer.io:
Sending Review Requests
After you check out a customer you will see the call to action screen. Here you can toggle the text and/or email options under "Request Reviews" in order to request a review from that client. Once you tap "Done" the client will get the message requesting a review.
You will be notified in-app once a review has been submitted and can view any feedback in the specific customer chat.
