Recurring appointments provide your business with a valuable opportunity to secure customer commitment and establish a steady stream of recurring revenue.
How to Set an Appointment to a Recurring Schedule
This can be set up from a few places. The easiest way to make an appointment recurring is from the Calendar screen.
-Tap on the Calendar Icon at the bottom of your screen.
-Tap on the date of the appointment.
-Tap on the appointment to open the prompt window.
-Select Appointment.
-Select Make Recurring.
-Select the Interval you want to schedule or input a custom weekly interval.
The other way to create a recurring schedule for your customer, is when you are originally creating the Appointment.
-From the final Apply Services "Confirmation" Screen you will see a red circle icon with a clock in the center.
-Tap on the Recurring Icon.
-Select the Interval you want to schedule or input a custom weekly interval.
How to Change a Current Recurring Schedule
Our amazing developers are working on updating this feature to allow more control, and easier ways to make changes to the services, or groomer.
If you do need to make these changes to a recurring schedule you will have to remove the current thread, and create a new one with the saved changes.
-From the customer profile select the Grid Icon in the top right corner and select Appointments.
-Tap on the Filter icon in the top left corner.
-Select Scheduled Appointments.
-Tap on the second upcoming appointment.
-Select Cancel All Recurring.
-Go to the Calendar Screen by tapping on the Calendar Icon at the bottom of your screen.
-Find the next upcoming appointment.
-Tap on the appointment and to open the prompt window.
-Select Edit to make the updated changes to this Appointment.
-Tap on the appointment again to open the prompt window.
-Tap on Appointment.
-Tap on Make Recurring.
-Select the Interval you want to schedule or input a custom weekly interval.
