How to set up Payroll Management

With a few easy steps, you are able to track, and report for all your employee's payroll details whether hourly, or by commission.

How to Set Up Payroll Management

Please note that this feature is currently available only on the Web App and Android 3.0 versions. Additionally, all settings will not apply to previous dates, this data can only be used for future entries.

-From the More Screen > tap on Payroll Management from the left panel.

-First, we need to manage the Employee details by selecting the Employee Settings Tab:

-From here we can tap on the Pencil "edit" icon to update our settings.

-To enable the Time Clock feature you will select YES under Hourly Wage, as well as setting a Pin Code for the employee to Clock In/Out each day. 

-Add a Commission Rate by percentage for any employee that applies.

-Be sure to select the Green Checkmark on the far right to SAVE all settings. 

-Once these settings are in place, we can now monitor and track Employee Hours under the Time Sheets Tab




-Next we need to apply which Services our Commissions will be applied from, as you may not pay commission for things such as Late Fees, or Daycare for example. Tap on the Service Commissions to update these settings.  

 

Once your Payroll Management is setup, you will be able to track Time Sheets for employee Clock In/Out times, Reports based on Hourly and Commission revenues from the services performed, as well as easily export your reports for Quickbooks, Intuit, or other financial platforms for Payments.
