How to Add Appointment & Follow-up Notes

Each appointment is given the option to add Photos, Tags, Characteristics, Colors, and Notes.
These can be updated at any time from the Appointment Service screen, up until the final Check Out.

Appointment notes are for the Groomer and stay with the appointment. These can be used to remember details for the Groom such as what size blade is used, or parent preferences like "keep the ears long."

To carry these notes to the next appointment, you can schedule from the Pet History.

These are notes meant for the pet parent. Any details throughout the appointment can be stored here. This can be used for things such as finding scabs or tags on the pet. These notes will follow the Check Out screen for a reminder to notify the parents.
