How to book an appointment for Mobile Groomers from the Map Screen

Learn how to quickly book your current customers appointments while utilizing our suggestive Smart Scheduling feature!

There are many avenues for scheduling an appointment. One of the most beneficial features for Mobile Groomers is our suggestive routing. Instead of being overwhelmed by the labyrinth of addresses, our intuitive system offers all the variable options tied to specific customer locations. It's like having a personal guide through the scheduling maze, presenting you with a visual feast of potential routes for your grooming endeavors. The power is in your hands to handpick the option that resonates most with your preferences and fits seamlessly into your day.

New Customers

-From the Home Screen, select the Add New Customer button. 

-Add your Customer Details and verifiable address. 

-Select Schedule from the Pet Profile screen. 

-Select the day you would like to book from the Day selector

-Select the Options Icon from the Customer Appointment box.

-Select the route you prefer from the Smart Scheduling Menu.

-Select Book and apply services to the appointment. 

-Select Confirm. 
(Option to Take a DePawsit or Send the Schedule Confirmation text)


Map Scheduling

Current Customer 

-Search for your customer from the Search Bar on the Map Screen.

-Tap on the dot indicating the selected customer to open the Customer Detail box

-Tap the + to start booking an appointment. 

-Select the day you would like to book from the Day selector

-Select the Options Icon from the Customer Appointment box.
