How to Link Customers

Linking customers is an easy way to connect the accounts of furry friends who have multiple parents.

You can easily link multiple customers in-app to keep track of friends, family, and assistants.

- Search for the customer from the home screen

- Tap "Add Linked Customer" at the bottom of the customer profile Adding a linked customer

- To link an existing customer, tap "Find Customer" and search for the desired customer

- To create a new customer to link, tap "Create Customer"

-Select if the customer you are linking is family, friend, assistant, or other Adding the relationship to the customer

Please note, in order to unlink customers you will need to email support@groomer.io so that the team can unlink them for you.
