How to add a customer to the Shit List 💩

Regrettably, there are occasions when we need to terminate our relationships with clients. The "shit list" feature enables you to monitor and manage these undesirable customers.

Although placing a customer on the "shit list" won't stop them from seeking appointments, it serves as a clear signal that there was a negative experience in the past. When a customer is added to the "shit list," you can specify a reason, which will be flagged when a new request is made.

Adding a Customer to the Shit List 

-From the Home screen, search for the customer you would like to add. 

-Tap on the Customer Details box

-From the prompts provided, select "Add to Shit List" 

-Enter notes for why this customer is being added

-Select Done

Removing a Customer from the Shit List 

-From the Home screen, search for the customer you would like to add. 

-Tap on the Customer Details box

-From the prompts provided, select "Remove from Shit List" 

-Select Done
