How to Update a Customer's Card On File

See the different options for updating your customers credit card.

You and the customer both have access to make this change from the Customer Profile Link. 


This link can be found in any of the appointment reminder or schedule confirmation messages that have been sent to the customer.

-Click the customer profile link from within their text.

-Add the card details or select the pencil icon located next to the last 4 digits of the current card on file.

If a customer is looking to use a different card for a one-time payment, they can access this from the Pay Ahead link.

If you are not automatically sending this link to customers, you have the option to send this link from the Payment Screen as well.

Please Note: Once a card is on file the customer cannot delete it, but only update the card details. If a card needs to be removed, you must contact us at support@groomer.io with the customer's name.
