Resubscribe a Customer to Automated Messages

Learn how to renew automated messages for your customers

Sometimes customers may reply to an automated message with one of the Opt-out words by accident, or perhaps they requested to have them disabled. 

Anytime a customer responds with an opt-out word they should receive an automated message saying they have opted out from receiving future messages, they are also given instructions on how to opt back in if they choose to.

You will need to request that the customer text to your Groomer.io Toll-Free number. They can use any of the following keywords: 

 UNSTOP, START, YES, RESUME, RESUME ALL, UNSTOP, GO

If you have manually opted the customer out of automated messages, you will need update these settings. 

-Search for the customer
-Select the customer
-Tap on the customer's detail box
-Tap on Wants Automated Messages
-Select Yes
