How to Force Log and Lock Out a Staff Login (iOS V2)

Do you need to remove access to a Staff members login? 

If a staff member needs to be logged out of their account, you can use the Force Staff Logout option to end their active session.

This can be helpful when a staff member has left for the day, is no longer working at your facility, or needs to log back in.

To lock a staff member's login:
-Go to the More Screen
-Select Staff
-Select the Staff Member
-Tap on Login & Access
-Force Logout. You may continue to the next screen to Lock Out the user as well.

The Staff member will not longer have any access to the information in your Groomer.io Account.
***Please note, this does not remove the staff from the calendar schedule.
