How to Force Log and Lock Out a Staff Login

Removing a Staff Member login is sometimes necessary so we have added the ability to do so in your Version 3 App or on the Web!

To lock a Staff members login you will first need to go to:

1. Settings

2. Staff 

3. Select the Staff Member

4. Login & Access
5. Force Log Out (this will Log out their Login)
6. Select Lock out as well if you do not want them to be able to Log back in
7. Force Log Out
   

The Staff member will not longer have any access to the information in your Groomer.io Account.
