How to Force Log and Lock Out a Staff Login (V3/WebApp)

Do you need to remove access to a Staff members login? 

If a staff member needs to be logged out of their account, you can use the Force Staff Logout option to end their active session.

This can be helpful when a staff member has left for the day, is no longer working at your facility, or needs to log back in.

To lock a staff member's login:

-Go to Company Settings
-Select Staff
-Tap on the 3 dots for the staff member
-Select  Login & Access
force logout


The Staff member will not longer have any access to the information in your Groomer.io Account.
***Please note, this does not remove the staff from the calendar schedule.
