How to remove Automated Messages for Specific Customers

Learn how to remove Automated Messages for your customers.

Occasionally a customer will request to be opted out of Automated Messages. Customers can always reply to an automated message with a keyword such as: 

STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, UNSUB, STOP ALL

You can also manually update this setting for them within the Customer's Profile. 

-Search for the customer name

-Select your customer

-Tap on the customer's detail box

-Select Edit 

-Select "Wants Automated Messages"

-Select No
