We will show you how to do this using Bulk scheduling for both New and Existing Customers. **For Android/Web: Pop Out the Side Menu, Pet Parents, Tap/Click on the Pet Parent, Book Now.  For iOS/Apple: Scheduling existing customers from the calendar screen using BULK scheduling:** \- Navigate to the calendar screen and tap on the day you would like to schedule![61](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/61.gif?width=670&height=465&name=61.gif) \- Select which groomer you would like to schedule an appointment under![62](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/62.gif?width=670&height=465&name=62.gif)   \- Tap on the available slot time and select "Search Existing Customer"![63](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/63.gif?width=670&height=465&name=63.gif)   \- Search for the customer by first name, last name, pets name, or phone number and tap on the desired customer ![64](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/64.gif?width=670&height=465&name=64.gif)   \- Tap "GO"![65](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/65.gif?width=670&height=465&name=65.gif)   \- Select "Add Service" to pick the service(s) for the appointment and tap "Add 1 Service" to save this service and select "Confirm"![66](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/66.gif?width=670&height=465&name=66.gif)   \- Select "Send" to send the customer their schedule confirmation text message![67](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/67.gif?width=670&height=465&name=67.gif)   **Scheduling new customers from the calendar screen using BLOCK Scheduling:** \- Navigate to the calendar screen and select the day you would like to schedule to pet ![1-2](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/1-2.gif?width=670&height=468&name=1-2.gif)   \- Tap on the "+" in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Create New Customer" ![2-1](https://help.groomer.io/hs-fs/hubfs/2-1.gif?width=670&height=468&name=2-1.gif)   \- Enter the customer's name (first name, first and last name, or first name last initial) followed by a comma, then enter all pets separated by commas.
