Client Notes
Think of these as your private notes about the pet parent. They stay in the client’s profile only and won’t show up anywhere else — perfect for keeping a personal log.
Pet Notes
These notes are all about the pet! Anything you add to the Notes section of the Pet Profile will automatically pop up under Appointment Notes every time the pet has an appointment.
Appointment Notes
This is where you’ll save all your grooming and haircut details. Appointment notes are stored with each visit in View History, making it easy to look back or plan for future appointments.
Follow-Up Notes
Need to remind or notify the pet parent about something? Follow-up notes are your go-to. They’ll carry through to the Check Out screen so you can easily go over them before the client leaves.
