Discover how to respectfully mark a pet as "deceased" when a loved one is lost.
Dealing with the loss of a beloved pet can be an emotional and challenging experience. We understand that it can be difficult to be constantly reminded of their absence.
1. Search for the customer from the Home Screen
2. Select the customer
3. Tap on the grid icon in the top right corner
4. Select Pets
5. Select the pet that has passed away
6. Select Edit Information
7. Tap on DELETE
8. Select Mark as Deceased
