Cancelled Appointments by Clients
If a client cancells Groomer.io does not keep track of cancellations past showing the percentage of the clients reliability as a percentage.

You are able to mark an appointment as a No-show on the Today screen by Swiping left on the Clients appointment in the today screen and selecting No-Show.

You can also turn off the Client's ability to cancel by going to:
More..., Facilities, Select your Facility, Edit, Customer Cancellations, Select No, Done, Done.
If you would like to turn off Client's ability to cancel we also recommened reaching out to Support to update your Appointment Reminder Message to have Clients contact you directly to cancel.
